Communities can combine parking lots, urban forests, and stormwater management without losing parking spaces in both redevelopment AND retrofit projects.

This website provides information on how we've started to grow our Parking Forest in the Tualatin River Basin, located in the metropolitan region of Portland, Oregon. This information is technical in nature and available for your use to start growing a Parking Forest in your community.

This project has been funded through the Oregon Department of Environmental Quality Nonpoint Source Implementation 319 Grants and implemented by the 5000 Acres Initiative Partnership.
